We think so. We think too many lotions are stuffed with ingredients no one can pronounce or recognize – and to what end? Great, nourishing lotions can be made with a few simple ingredients and with more natural emulsifying agents. We think in the cosmetic industry, body butters have lost all resemblance to their original formula. Efforts to produce them more cheaply have left them mostly water and wax. We think a real butter is all oil. Anything else is just…well, margarine.
